Thy Will Be Done
Joe and Jimmy discuss what it means to pray “thy will be done,” and the difference between God’s will of precept and his will of purpose. Plus, Jimmy demonstrates what it looks like when he pushes Joe around as an Executive Pastor.
Baptist Catechism Q. 110
Q. What do we pray for in the third petition?
A. In the third petition, which is, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven we pray that God by his grace would make us able and willing to know, obey, and submit to his will in all things, as the angels do in heaven.
